Go to Settings > Cellular > WiFi Calling > Turn on WiFi Calling
First, connect to your WiFi network. Go into your phone settings. Tap Phone or Cellular. Tap WiFi Calling and toggle this feature on. Then, you’ll just need to accept terms and conditions and make sure you’ve verified a valid physical address for 911 (a P.O. Box does not qualify). After that, you’re good to go.

You will need to connect to the WiFi network before your phone can use WiFi Calling over it. Once you’ve connected, you’ll automatically connect when WiFi is turned on.
Go to Settings and tap WiFi. You should see a list of available WiFi networks appear. Tap a network you trust and enter the password to connect. After that, your phone will automatically connect to the WiFi network when you’re in range.
WiFi or cellular – your phone will automatically make and receive calls on whichever gives you the fastest, strongest calling experience, even when you’re in range of WiFi. You can see which network your phone is currently using by looking at the network indicator in the upper righthand corner on your phone, which will either say “C Spire WiFi” or show “C Spire” for cellular calls.

If you’re traveling internationally and have an emergency, just turn off the WiFi Calling feature and use your cell service. Remember, not all countries recognize 911. So be sure to check which number to call for emergency services before traveling.
